Who is responsible
UNDRA di Alice Sanna, VAT 14586210966, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at info@undra.it for anything on this page.
Cookies
Right now this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. That is why you were not asked to agree to anything: there is nothing to agree to.
If we later add embedded video from YouTube or Vimeo, or any analytics that stores data on your device, a consent banner appears before any of it loads, with accepting and refusing given the same weight. Embedded video stays behind a placeholder until you allow it, so nothing is loaded from those companies unless you ask for it.
Your answer is kept in your browser's own local storage under the name undra.consent, purely so we stop asking. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and it never leaves your device. Once a banner exists you can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which typically include IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type. These exist for security and troubleshooting, on the legal basis of legitimate interest, and are not used to build a profile of you.
If you email us
When you write to info@undra.it we receive whatever you put in the message: your address, your name, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. The legal basis is your request and, where a contract follows, its performance.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and delete it on request unless we are legally required to retain it, which is generally the case for invoicing records.
We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not pass your brief to anyone outside the studio without telling you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. Write to info@undra.it and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If we add analytics or anything else that changes what is collected, this page changes with it and the date below moves.
